Hi, I’m Pete!
At my core, I’m an HR nerd who loves solving business problems. I’m an HR leader with 20 years experience across a diverse set of industries and specialties.
I’m originally from Tampa, FL where I attended Saint Leo University earning both a B.A. in Psychology and an MBA. I also hold various HR certifications including my SHRM-SCP, SPHR, and CCP.
My wife and I have called Nashville home for the last 10 years. I’m a big fan of the Florida Gators and all things Star Wars. If I’m not working, I’m probably watching sports, building something with Lego, or traveling with my wife. I’m also an active volunteer of the Middle Tennessee Society for Human Resources Management, serving as both a chapter leader and a mentor to university HR students.
